United Kingdom Deliveries  (excluding Channel Islands)

Royal Mail First Class

Goods are delivered by Royal Mail.  Postage costs have already been included within the cost of the Fragrance. Orders are despatched Monday-Friday at 11.30am, and in most cases will be delivered within 2-3 working days.  Please do allow upto 7 working days for delivery. All of our prices include VAT, which we prepay to Customs and Excise when the parcel, enters the mainland. If there is no one home when the parcel is delivered, Royal Mail will leave a note advising the recipient that there is a parcel for them to collect.

Royal Mail Special Delivery

If you require the order to be despatched by Special Delivery so that it arrives, within 24 hours (only available Monday-Thursday), please contact our office for costs, as this does vary according to weight.

Channel Island Deliveries

Postage costs have already been included within the cost of the Fragrance. Orders posted to any destination within the Channel Islands will normally arrive within 1-2 working days. Please do allow upto 5 working days for delivery. Please note that, where applicable, VAT has already been included in the cost of the Fragrance. As the Channel Islands are VAT free, we will refund the VAT costs back to you within 7 working days. If there is no one home when the parcel is delivered, the Postman will leave a note advising the recipient that there is a parcel for them to collect.

International Deliveries

At present we do not send our products outside of the United Kingdom.
